The Deputy Chief of Administration is responsible for overseeing Fire Prevention, Fire Alarm, Emergency Medical Services and Training Bureaus. Traditionally the Administrative Deputy is second in command of the department working closely with the Fire Chief and City Officials. Day to day task include managing the departments computer system, collection of data and submission of data to state and federal officials. The position works closely with local and state officials for the best interest of the city and is responsible for writing and submitted grant request for the department.
