Rental Forms
Concerts, wedding ceremonies, family reunions, wedding and baby showers, parties of all kinds may be held at the Pavilion at Wheelock Park and in the new Wheelock playground building. Rates vary with length of time reserved. If you would like to hold an event at either of these venues, please contact the main office at 357-9829 or by email to check availability. Or you may download and fill out a reservation request form and either fax it to 603-283-5661 or mail it to the Recreation Center, 312 Washington Street, Keene, New Hampshire 03431, attention Meghan Spaulding.
KPRFD also has the responsibility of scheduling use of the bandstand and electricity on Central Square, Railroad Square and the Robin Hood Park amphitheater. Request forms are available to reserve spaces in these parks, and some reservations require a nominal fee.
The Recreation Center has rooms that may be rented for parties, classes and events. Rates vary with the room requested and type of event.
