patricia a. little, cmc
City Clerk
Ms. Little has been the Keene City Clerk since 1981. Her direct responsibilities include being the Clerk to the City Council and in administering local, state and federal elections. Her professional affiliations include being chair of the Vital Records Improvement Fund Committee, and member of the State of New Hampshire's Information Technology Management Advisory Board. Ms. Little attained the status of Certified Municipal Clerk from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks in 1989.
William s. dow
records manager/deputy city clerk
Mr. Dow has been employed as the Records Manager/Deputy City Clerk since 2000. His direct responsibilities are the development, implementation and management of a comprehensive records management and archives program for City records, as well as responsibility for the custody, preservation and conservation of historical municipal records. In the absence of the City Clerk, the Deputy City Clerk/Records Manager assumes all the responsibilities and legal obligations of the office.

Ms. Hood has served as Assistant City Clerk since 2001. Her responsibilities include direct service to the public in the issuance of licenses for community events, raffles, and permitting for use of public property; providing assistance to the City Clerk in administering local, state and federal elections, as well as various functions in support of City Council related activities and other customer service functions. Ms. Hood also oversees the City's Minute Taking program.
jennifer DETTELBACK

Ms. Dettelback has been the City Clerk's Office Manager since 2007. Her responsibilities include the issuance of dog licenses, Solicitation, Use of Public Ways, Outdoor Event licenses, Post Office sign permits and issuance and amendments of vital records. In addition, Ms. Dettelback also provides assistance to the City Clerk in administering local, state and federal elections, as well as various functions in support of City Council related activities and other customer service functions.

(part time) customer service representative
Ms. Haap has been employed by the City of Keene as a Customer Service Representative since 2006. Her main duties include issuing vital records (birth, marriage, and death certificates), issuing dog licenses, answering queries from the public regarding City events, City Council meetings, voter registration, genealogy requests, and helping the City Clerk, Deputy, Assistant City Clerk, and Office Manager in any way possible to keep the office running smoothly and the public informed.
matt o'brien
(part time) records clerk
Mr. O'Brien has been employed as Records Clerk with the City of Keene since 2003. He is primarily responsible for assisting the Records Manager with administration of the City's comprehensive records management and archives program for City records. His duties include servicing internal and external clients with regard to access to archived records stored at the Municipal Records Center at 350 Marlboro Street. He also assists the Department in a myriad of other capacities, as needed.
nancy wilkinson
(part time) elections clerk
Ms. Wilkinson has worked for the City Clerk's Office since 2005. She processes voter registrations through the statewide voter registration database to assist with preparation of the official checklist for elections. She also provides assistance to the City Clerk in preparing for all local, state and federal elections. On election-day, Ms. Wilkinson is also a Checklist Supervisor in Ward three.
