City Council Public Hearing: Capital Improvement Program 2013-2019
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Keene City Council relative to the proposed City of Keene Capital Improvement Program for the 6-year period starting July 1, 2013 and ending June 30, 2019. The plan identifies non-school capital projects and equipment acquisitions that are planned to be undertaken in the community and which calls for a financial investment totaling $63,659,341 from local, State and Federal resources. The first year investment totals $8,591,934 from all sources. The local portion of the program is funded by the sale of bonds, property taxes and other miscellaneous sources.
