PrintPublic Hearing: TIF District Modification (Resolution R-2012-03)
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Keene City Council relative to Resolution R-2012-03 which would modify the district boundaries and the financing plan for the Wells Street Parking Structure and the Infrastructure Improvements Tax Increment Financing District to include the land parcel which is the site of the Cheshire County Courthouse project currently having a street address of 12 Court Street and to allow the capture of any tax increment created within the district to be used to satisfy the lease payment to be paid to the owner of said courthouse and any new bonds contemplated in this modification, in addition to all purposes already set forth in Resolution R-92-20-A, Resolution R-2008-05 and Resolution R-2011-08.
