Roadway Recontruction Project: Elm Street and Sullivan Road

As part of the City of Keene’s 2012 Infrastructure Project, SUR Construction West, Inc. will reconstruct Elm Street between Spruce Street and North Street, and Sullivan Road between NH Route 9 and Nims Road. In addition to roadway construction, the Contractor will replace existing drainage, sewer and water mains including sidewalks on Elm Street, and drainage on Sullivan Road. Construction will
begin on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 and will continue through the end of August, 2012.

Drivers should expect traffic delays in the areas under construction.

Elm Street will remain open for local residents only. Sullivan Road will remain open while construction work is being done, although lane closures will occur. Motorists are
asked to avoid these areas if possible and to be exercise caution when driving through the construction zones.
